Our annual classes offer a unique experience: group instruction led by an experienced coach who adapts their approach to each climber—whether it’s a first introduction or advanced improvement.
Each session follows a structured progression:
The session ends with a cool-down and stretching to consolidate progress and support recovery.
No specific equipment is required for indoor climbing. Climbing District provides climbing shoes.
We simply recommend wearing comfortable sports clothing that protects the knees (sweatpants or leggings) and a light t-shirt.For those who want it, chalk is available at the front desk.
We ask that you arrive about 10 minutes before the class starts so you can try on your climbing shoes and get changed.At the end of the session, a bath towel is provided free of charge. Our individual showers are also equipped with soap for your comfort.
