Classes are held in groups, but the coach adapts their guidance to each participant’s level — whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills.
Each session follows a three-step structure:
Warm-up — designed to prevent injuries and prepare the body for climbing.
Practical exercises on the wall — to develop key fundamentals such as vertical movement, balance, fear management, self-confidence, focus, and most importantly, safety. Special attention is given to learning how to fall, land safely on mats, and move confidently both on the wall and around the space.
Climbing drills — where students practice various techniques and movements on routes (called “problems” in bouldering), all carefully selected to suit each climber’s level.
The session wraps up with a cool-down period and guided stretches, helping the body recover and consolidate the work done.
No specific equipment is required for indoor climbing.Climbing District provides climbing shoes free of charge.
We recommend wearing flexible sportswear that protects the knees — such as sweatpants or leggings. A simple T-shirt is more than enough for the upper body.
For those who wish, chalk (used to keep hands dry) is available for purchase at the front desk.
We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to try on your climbing shoes and get changed.
After your session, Climbing District provides a complimentary bath towel, and our individual showers are stocked with soap for your comfort.
